We were born whole and complete. We felt free to be ourselves. We cried when we felt pain and laughed when we felt joy. 

It was actually that simple.

Somewhere along the way this natural flow was disrupted and unknowingly we adjusted our behavior to survive our environment.

Each of us in varying degrees moved away from our natural state of being. We became - conditioned.

In order to return to our original blue print of physical, emotional and psychological health, we need to become aware of where we are today and how and why we got here. 

When we are able to map our psyche and become conscious of our programming and patterns we can begin to free ourselves from our conditioning and return to our natural state of wholeness where our true power resides.
